All of the following has to be done in one raid, while also killing any 3 targets each on Interchange and Streets of Tarkov in the time period of 20:00-08:00.
You first have to obtain the carbon fiber case from the TerraGroup Object-14 container on Interchange. To access it, its power lever inside the "Saferoom Exfil" extraction in the parking garage section C has to be activated. To enter the extraction, power and Object #11SR keycard swipe in the "Burger spot" restaurant urinal are required. Note: Even when someone else has already opened the extraction, the urinal still has to be visited.
The Object-14 container is located on the opposite side of parking garage section A. The case can be found under a metal shelf.
After obtaining the case you have to transit to Streets of Tarkov.
Now the carbon fiber case has to be stashed at a balcony on the third floor of the Pinewood Hotel restaurant building on Streets of Tarkov.
As last step a yellow flare has to be fired into the sky while being next to the tram at the collpased sewers on Streets of Tarkov. You can use either the handheld RSP-30 yellow flare which can be bought at Prapor LL1 or a 26x75mm yellow flare cartridge which can be bought at Jaeger LL1, and is fired from a signal pistol. If you use the handheld RSP-30 yellow flare, make sure to aim it upwards, but not too much or it lands behind you.
